PAYMENT POLICY

  • Charges are made at checkout, unless the item is made-to-order, in which case payment is taken upon order confirmation.

SHIPPING

All pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio.
Shipping times vary depending on the nature of the product. Please refer to each product page for details regarding delivery and care.

RETURNS

  • Standard ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt (EU customers) if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are non-returnable.
  • Any questions regarding returns should be addressed via contact before attempting to return an item.

CARE & HANDLING

  • Some pieces are handcrafted, while others may be produced using refined manufacturing techniques. Slight variations in handcrafted items are part of the design and craftsmanship.
  • Follow care instructions provided for each piece (e.g., dry clean only, hand wash cold).
